Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematological diseases, such as hematological malignancies, myelodysplasia or patients who return to normal after acute hemorrhage; 2. Patients with recent history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Patients with congestive heart failure; 4. Patients who had received transfusion of red blood cell suspension one week before admission, and use drugs that affect red blood cell morphology.
