Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 Edition); 2. Patients with age >= 18 and 24; 7. Patients who can successfully cooperate with the relevant scale evaluation; 8. Patients who are willing to obey the experimental protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the start of this study; 2. Patients with mental disorders, dementia and speech disorders who can not complete the study according to the clinical trial plan; 3. Patients with a history of severe heart disease: Patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, chronic heart failure grade III-IV, severe arrhythmias such as ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, severe carotid stenosis, and severe lung and kidney related diseases; 4. Patients with previous motor dysfunction caused by other diseases; 5. Those patients who have metal implants, pacemakers, metal stents, claustrophobia or other factors in the body that make it impossible to complete the MRI examination; 6. Patients who could not complete the experiment and scale evaluation due to age and other factors; 7. Pregnant women.
