Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 65-75 years; 2. Subjects with ASA grade I or II; 3. Subjects with BMI of 18-28 kg / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction and abnormal blood routine and biochemical indexes before operation; 2. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Patients who take benzodiazepines or opioids intermittently within one month or nearly three months; 4. Patients who are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, naloxone and other drugs and their components; 5. Subjects with respiratory tract management difficulties: modified Mahalanobis score grade III or above.
