Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing primary TIP repair by a single surgeon at GWCMC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior hypospadias surgery 2. Patients undergoing non-TIP repair 3. Patients with obvious anatomical anomalies, diseases, potential coagulopathy, allergies to local anesthetics.
