30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 30-70 years old, male or female; 2. Patients with first stroke confirmed by clinical and imaging examination (including hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke); 3. Patients whose course of disease is less than 6 months; 4. Patients whose motor function score was less than 85 by Fugl Meyer scale; or patients whose rating was >= 3 by Watian drinking water scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs; 2. Patients with tumor, autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency or immunosuppressive drugs; 3. Patients with diabetes mellitus and poor glycemic control; 4. Patients with acute systemic or oral infection; 5. Patients with severe gingivitis and caries; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or severe gingival bleeding 7. Patients with previous history of other central or peripheral nervous system diseases; 8. Pregnant subjects; 9. Subjects who participated in other clinical studies at the same time.
