Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had undergone heart valve surgery through median incision; 2. The patients with reoperative valve surgery via Right vertical infra-axillary thoracotomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are clearly diagnosed as malignant tumors that seriously affect life expectancy; 2.Patients with incomplete medical record information, incomplete diagnosis and treatment information, and other related examinations.
