35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA gradeI-III, age 35-65 years, weight 45-80kg, staging T1N0M0M0-T2N0M0, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of opioid allergy, opioid dependence, severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney, long-term history of alcoholism, history of asthma, patients who can not cooperate with observation index score.
