18 Years to 22 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The sports level is required to be level two or above; 2) Have more than 10 years of training, and participate in training 3 times or more per week on average; 3) The style of play is to hold the racket horizontally with the right hand, fast attack and loop ball; 4) Past history: There are soft tissue injuries such as rotator cuff injury, myofascial injury, and muscle strain; 5) The scapula balance angle test is positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Fracture of the scapula; 2) Scapula dysfunction caused by central nerve or peripheral nerve injury; 3) Those who have a history of shoulder joint dislocation and shoulder joint, back or neck surgery; 4) Those who have neck or back symptoms and signs in the past 6 months; 5) Other injuries that are not suitable for this study.
