Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Less than 40 years; 2.AFC < 5; 3.AMH < 1.2 ng/ml; 4.the oocyte retrival number is less than 3 in the previous IVF cycle with standard protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.have genetic disease causing DOR; 2.exposed with treatment causing DOR; 3.with B category infectious disease like HIV; 4.with endometriosis disease; 5.with ovary operation history; 6.with pelvic infection history; 7.with immune system diease; 8.can not stand for laparoscopy operation.
