Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with single lung ventilation under thoraco peritoneal cavity (double lumen tube) in thoracic department, asai-iii grade; 2. Aged 40-75 years, BMI 20-25 kg / m2; 3. No obvious cardiopulmonary disease; 4. The communication is normal and has certain learning ability; 5. Preoperative Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) > 27 points; 6. Preoperative self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) < 50 points; 7. Volunteer and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive function disorders, such as mental disorders, Alzheimer's disease, stroke history and Parkinson's disease, were excluded; 2. Serious respiratory and circulatory diseases, such as severe coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc; 3. Endocrine system diseases, such as pituitary adenoma, severe diabetes, increased cortisol sign, pheochromocytoma, etc; 4. Visual or sensory impairment; language impairment or severe hearing impairment; 5. History of coagulation disorders or bleeding; 6. Patients with infectious diseases and abnormal preoperative inflammatory indexes were excluded 7. It is expected that patients or their families will not cooperate or patients will withdraw from the study; 8. Important data missing.
