Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) For patients with definite diagnosis of acute pesticide poisoning, the hospitalization time is more than 24h; (2) The purpose of taking poison is suicide, but did not directly lead to death; (3) Stable condition, stable vital signs, stable mood; (4) Clear consciousness, I can provide real and effective medical data; (5) Able to read and understand by themselves or cooperate to complete the questionnaire after interpretation; (6) Informed consent is voluntary to participate in this study; (7) Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious basic diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; (2) Severe depression and mental illness; (3) People whose cognitive function is seriously impaired due to suicide by poisoning; (4) People whose suicide by poisoning causes serious complications.
