Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.No drinking history or alcohol equivalent: male 18 years; 3.All cirrhosis patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound, CT or MRI, PVT or non-PVT patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound, CT, MRI or portal vein angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, Wilson's disease, drugs (glucocorticoids, methotrexate, etc.), inflammatory bowel disease, alcoholic liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, celiac disease, Cushing's syndrome and other conditions leading to cirrhosis; 2. Current active or suspected hepatocellular carcinoma, previous liver surgery or liver transplantation, and current pregnancy; 3. The clinical data are not complete; 4. History of taking anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs; 5. Peripheral vascular diseases, hematological system diseases.
