1:Seven days duration: Amoxcillin(1g bid)+ Vonoprazan (20mg bid)
2:Seven days duration: Amoxcillin(1g tid)+ Vonoprazan (20mg bid)
3:Ten days duration: Amoxcillin(1g bid)+ Vonoprazan (20mg bid)
4:Ten days duration: Amoxcillin(1g tid)+ Vonoprazan (20mg bid)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. First-line treatment; 3. Hp positive confirmed by RUT or histology; 4. willing to attend the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hp eradication history; 2. History of drug allergy; 3. ZollingerEllison syndrome; 4. gastric cancer, peptic ulcers and upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. history of gastrectomy; 6. serious underlying disease; 7. PPI and antibiotics users; 8. pregnancy; 9. HBV patients; 10. refuse to attend the research.
