Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients requiring unilateral primary TKA surgery due to severe osteoarthritis of the knee; (2) Aged 50~80 years; (3) Body mass index was 20~35 kg/m2; (4) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to narcotic drugs and sulfanilamide; (2) There are more than moderate intraoperative knee malformations (internal and external varus, flexion malformations) and joint stiffness; (3) alcoholism or long-term use of opioids; (4) Language impairment and inability to complete VAS score; (5) Surgical limb neuropathy; (7) The mentally ill; (8) Patients with digestive tract ulcer.
