Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic low back pain (more than 3 months); 2.Between the ages of 18 and 65; 3.A history of long time sitting, bending, excessive fatigue, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are clear "red flag signs" (unilateral leg pain and numbness consistent with nerve distribution, intermittent claudication, weight loss without obvious cause, nighttime pain, etc.). 2.The history of spinal surgery. 3.A history of severe lumbar spine injury. 4.Not interested. 5.Non-native Chinese. 6.Unable to master the apps of WeChat or Ting Talk. 7.Poor physical condition, combined with serious cardiopulmonary diseases, poor exercise tolerance.
