Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of professional Tai Chi sportsman (1) The professional Taijiquan sportsman who had a formal Tai Chi training experience. (2) Practicing tai Chi regularly for at least 10 years. (3) With a healthy body, no Surgical history of lower limb joints, without obvious abnormal posture: such as high and low shoulder, hunchback, scoliosis, etc. (4) Without pain in lower extremity joints during or after tai Chi training. (5) voluntary. 2. The inclusion criteria for folk Tai Chi masters (1) The folk masters of Taijiquan who are trained according to the traditional martial arts training mode for a long timenot trained according to the competitive standard of Taijiquan. (2) Practicing tai Chi regularly for at least 10 years. (3) Master the movements and key points of Taijiquan. (4) No pain in lower extremity joints during or after tai Chi training. (5) With a healthy body, no Surgical history of lower limb joints, without obvious abnormal posture: such as high and low shoulder, hunchback, scoliosis, etc. (6) Voluntary. 3. Inclusion criteria of KOA: (1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis drafted by Chinese Society of Rheumatology in 2010 (2) Imaging diagnosis of osteophyte formation in knee joint (3) Kellgren/Lawrence(K/L) is rated at grade 2 or 3 (4) Practicing the 10 styles of Tai Chi proficiently (5) Voluntary. 4. Inclusion criteria of Individuals without KOA symptoms (1) No symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, such as pain, joint swelling, stiffness, etc. which are assessed by the clinician. (2) Practicing the 10 styles of Tai Chi proficiently (3) Without the knee joint pain during or after taijiquan training. (4) Without obvious abnormal posture: such as high and low shoulder, hunchback, scoliosis, etc. (5) Voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of KOA: 1. All kinds of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, accompanied by organic lesions. 2. Diseases of the neurological system or musculoskeletal system that impairs the gait, such as stroke, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases. 3. Patients with unilateral KOA or patients with bilateral lesionof which The severity gap is greater than one grade. 4. Having received drug therapy, modern rehabilitation or traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy within 2 weeks. 5. Having received intraarticular steroid injection or arthroscopic surgery within 3 months; Having received intraarticular hyaluronic acid injection during the recent 6 months. Having a total knee replacement plan within one year. 6. Long-term regular aerobic exercise. 7. Severe cognitive impairment , mental abnormity or with psychological disorders that Can not cooperate to complete the test. 8. With obvious abnormal posture: such as high and low shoulder, hunchback, scoliosis, etc. 9. Cannot to cooperate with evaluation and testing for other reasons.
