Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of depressive disorder in DSM-5. 2. Between the ages of 13 and 18. 3. Obtain the written informed consent of the subject or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe somatic diseases (such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal diseases, etc.), infectious diseases and immune system diseases. 2. Patients with severe neurological diseases, bipolar disorder and mental retardation. 3. Unable to cooperate with the evaluation or non-collaborators.
