Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 20 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility; 3. Meet the criteria for patients with low prognosis; 4. Agreed to participate in and cooperate with the observation of the treatment of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to the use of growth hormone; 2. Patients with genital tract malformation, congenital gonadal hypoplasia, uterine amenorrhea and other organ lesions; 3. Ovarian cysts;Untreated other reproductive endocrine diseases such as hyperprolactin; 4. Exclude any one of the husband and wife chromosome abnormality resulting in infertility.
