65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 65 years; 2. Gender: male; 3. Patients who met the WHO diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis were enrolled in the study group. (DXA); otherwise, they were included in the control group; 4. Patients with local residents living in Shanghai for at least 10 years (Pudong New Area, Shanghai); 5. Patients who were followed up for more than 4 months after orthopedic surgery; 6. Patients who signed informed consent; 7. Be able to use Bristol stool scale to grade feces.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 85 years; 2. Patients who have undergone major gastrointestinal surgery within 5 years, such as cholecystectomy, appendectomy and small bowel resection; 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.; 4. Persistent, infectious gastroenteritis, gastritis, persistent unknown etiology, chronic diarrhea, HP Helicobacter pylori infection (untreated); 5. Patients with chronic constipation or hemorrhoids; 6. Patients with history of gastric or intestinal ulcer or gastric bleeding, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, gastrointestinal distress, dysdefecation, polyps, masses and cancer.
