Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II patients; 2. Patients aged 18-68 years old; 3. Patients with body weight of 45-85kg and BMI of 18.5-24kg/m2; 4. Emergency patients undergoing limb surgery under spinal block; 5. Patients with clear consciousness and active cooperation can understand postoperative VAS score chart after short training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to esmketamine; 2. The patients who can not meet the requirements of operation only with intraspinal nerve block; 3. Patients with other injuries such as craniocerebral trauma, thoracic and abdominal trauma, etc; 4. Patients with severe risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 5. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic / diastolic blood pressure over 6. 180 / 100mmhg); 7. Patients with hyperthyroidism without treatment or under treatment; 8. Patients with cardiac insufficiency; 9. Patients with or had a history of severe mental disorders; 10. Patients with liver dysfunction.
