18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective shoulder arthroscopy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I - II patients, aged 18-65 years; 3. Patients with operation time of 1-3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with puncture site infection; 2. Patients using anticoagulants; 3. Morbidly obese patients (BMI >= 40kg / m2); 4. Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 5. Patients with severe heart and lung diseases; 6. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases; 8. Patients with severe cervical spondylosis; 9. Patients with a history of neck surgery that may limit the spread of drugs.
