Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From November 2020 to November 2021, 90 patients underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the outpatient department of Tai'an central hospital; 2. Patients aged 18-70 years old; 3. Patients with ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypoxemia (SpO2 = 3; 7. Patients with nervous and mental diseases; 8. Patients with long-term drug abuse; 9. Pregnant subjects; 10. Subjects who are intolerant or allergic to experimental drugs.
