55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients underwent posterior lumbar fusion; 2. ASA grade of anesthesia was II-III; 3. Patients aged from 18 to 65 years; 4. Voluntary patients, and signed informed consent. 5. Patients receiving EspB have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking NSAIDs, opioids, antidepressants and anticonvulsants for a long time. 2. Patients with other mental disorders. 3. Patients who are disgusted with EspB and have poor compliance. 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or hepatorenal dysfunction. 5. Patients with language or hearing impairment.
