18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 40 years; 2. recurrent forward dislocation (twice) or higher; 3. three-dimensional CT showed glenoid cavity defect in 15% or higher; 4. to the doctor, and patients are willing to line E - H or Latarjet procedure under arthroscopy; 5. preoperatively signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With shoulder joint other lesions (rotator cuff tear, nerve injury, osteoarthritis > 1 degree); 2. history of shoulder joint surgery, not including Bankart surgery under arthroscopy; 3. history of neuromuscular system such as epilepsy; 4. shoulder history of infection; 5. drinking or smoking; 6. patients cannot follow scheme, such as uncooperative attitude, unable to return to the hospital for follow-up.
