Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases diagnosed by respiratory specialists; 2. Aged between 40 and 75 years; 3. No serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and other lung diseases, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc.; 4. Informed consent, voluntary participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition deteriorated 4 weeks before the start of the study; 2. Participated in the lung rehabilitation program in the past 12 months; 3. In the past 12 months, regular exercisers; 4. There are other diseases that may lead to exercise intolerance, such as neurological and orthopedic diseases. There is cognitive impairment
