Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Personal: patients of both genders and the minimum age is over 60 years old. 2. Clinical: patient with coronary artery disease, myocardial ischemia, treated by coronary stent or heart bypass surgery and the absence of acute myocardial infarction within six months. 3. Dental: patients who underwent the extraction of mandibular teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable angina, severe hypertension (SBP > 180 mmHg and/or DBP > 100mmHg), arrhythmia, allergic to local anesthetic, mental disorder, pregnancy, uncontrolled diabetes (fasting blood glucose > 8.88mmol/L; 2 hours postprandial blood glucose > 11.11mmol/L).
