Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 14 to 75, regardless of gender; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with tongue cancer and need relevant surgery; 3. The patients who volunteer to be tested and sign the informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 3. Patients with mental illness (epilepsy) or unable to cooperate.
