18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old. 2. Patients who have not used drugs or surgery. 3. Patients whose onset time is less than 2 weeks. 4. The patients who have no influence on fundus examination and whose pupil can be dilated by more than 6 mm can meet the requirements of fundus thorough examination. 5. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other eye diseases affecting the determination of experimental results. 2. Patients with serious influence on blood composition, such as leukemia, coronary heart disease, upper respiratory tract infection, obesity, pregnancy status, etc. 3. Patients who have used drugs affecting blood composition in the past 3 months (except oral drugs used for the treatment of the disease). 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate or have mental disorders. 5. Patients who had undergone surgery (including anti VEGF therapy) within one month.
