Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients must be diagnosed with breast cancer, 2. Patients who plan to undergo planned modified radical surgery between 30 and 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of other malignant tumors; 2. Patients who use steroids to inhibit inflammatory reaction; 3. Patients with poor cooperation; 4. Patients with previous psychiatric history; 5. subjects who are participating in other drug clinical trials.
