18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-50 years; 2. Subjects at 16-28 weeks of gestation; 3. Subjects with cervical dilatation >= 1cm; 4. Subjects who underwent ECC within 48 hours after sheep puncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with premature rupture of membranes before emergency cervical cerclage; 2. Subjects with active contractions before emergency cervical cerclage; 3. Subjects with clinical chorioamnionitis before emergency cervical cerclage (maternal body temperature >= 38 degree C, with any of the following: baseline fetal heart rate >= 160 beats / min, maternal peripheral blood WBC >= 15 x 10^9 / L, uterine tenderness or vaginal secretion odor); 4. Subjects who were diagnosed with severe pregnancy complications and internal and external diseases before emergency cervical cerclage; 5. Fetal chromosome abnormality or severe fetal malformation.
