Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the inclusion criteria can be enrolled after detailed understanding of the research details and signing the informed consent form. 2. Healthy adults over 18 years old during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal medication history or antibiotic use 2 weeks before enrollment; 2. Patients with acute onset during observation (5 days after entering the group).
