18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled for thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 2) ASA I~II; 3) aged 18 to 65 years; 4) BMI< 32kg/m2; 5) patients are conscious and understand the contents of the investigation; 6) patients volunteered to participate in the study and had signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury were identified preoperatively; 2) had severe heart, lung and kidney disease; 3) patients with known preoperative allergy to rocuronium; 4) pregnant or lactating women; 5) family history of malignant hyperthermia; 6) myasthenia gravis.
