Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–70 years; (2) had not been previously treated for H.pylori; (3) had not received PPI, H2 receptor antagonist, expectorant or antibiotic treatment in the past 4weeks; (4) had not previously received gastric surgery; and (5) had neither heart, lung, liver and kidney disorders nor any digestive system malignancies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were having had previous treatment for H.pylori infection, or having taken a proton pump inhibitor, H2 receptor antagonist, expectorant, or antibiotic treatment within the last four weeks prior to endoscopy, past history of gastric surgery, or having been diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancer, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney or blood system disorders.
