Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Continue to be admitted to the China Rehabilitation Research Center from September 2020 to December 2021 in neurology and neurorehabilitation clinics and wards with Hhcy patients (Hcy >= 15umol/L, normal value 5.0-15.0 umol/L); The diagnosis of stroke was in line with the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and cerebral hemorrhage was confirmed by head MRI or CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage, and exclude secondary cerebral hemorrhage, mainly including arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, cavernous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, Moyamoya disease (moyamoya disease), hematopathy, or coagulation Cerebral hemorrhage caused by obstacles, intracranial tumors, vasculitis, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, venous sinus thrombosis and adverse drug reactions.
