Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Grade I-II for ankle sprain, including non-severe avulsion fracture that does not require immobilization. 2) duration of disease: 2 weeks to 3 months. 3) patients with ankle joint swelling and pain, limited movement or balance function. 4) aged 18-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Complete fracture of malleolus girdle (grade 3 sprain); 2) other diseases that may cause abnormal gait, such as muscle, bone and nervous system injury; 3) patients requiring strict ankle brake due to fracture, injury and other reasons; 4) patients unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 5) severe osteoporosis, fracture, pregnancy, co-infection and tumor; 6) severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe peripheral nerve diseases, hemiplegia, paraplegia, mental diseases, etc.; 7) at present, the pain degree of the disease is serious, and the VAS score is > 7 points, unable to cooperate with the ankle joint training; 8) patients with ankle joint surgery and internal fixation in the past 1 year.
