Postoperative analgesia after thoracoscopic lobectomy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain written informed consent; 2. patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital; 3. patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classes I and II, aged 28–68 years, body mass; 4. index between 18.5 and 28 kg/m2; 5. no history of neuropsychiatric disease; 6. no history of acute or chronic pain and analgesia; 7. no obvious abnormalities in cardiopulmonary; 8. no obvious abnormalities in liver and kidney function and coagulation function; 9. no tumor metastasis to other organs; 10. no history of chemoradiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture failed; 2. Local infection at the injection site; 3. Thoracic and spinal deformity; 4. Histoy of allergy to local anesthetics and analgesics; 5. Surgery again within three days after surgery; 6. Refuse to participate in the study; 7. Change the procedure.
