Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No history of lumbar surgery, infection and tumor; 2. No abnormalities were found in heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung and blood coagulation; 3. There were obvious lower back pain and lower extremity radiation pain with limited activity and function; 4. X-ray in anterior and lateral, overextension and flexion positions of the lumbar spine, CT and MRI examination made a definitive diagnosis and suitable for this technique.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with poor general condition, severely impaired functions of important organs such as heart, lung, brain; 2. Vertebrae damage caused by tumor, infection, blood disease, severe anemia and thrombin allergy diseases; 3. Imaging findings indicate that the intervertebral disc is vacuous; 4. People with mental and neurological disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment.
