Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is AMI, Killip I-III (diagnostic standards refer to the 2018 JCS, and the "Guidelines for the Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome" published in the 2019 Journal of Clinical Emergency Medicine); 2. Aged 20-79 years; 3. <12h from onset to admission; 4. Good compliance, agree to receive medication and voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C grade); 2. Severe liver dysfunction (eGFR <30 ml / min / 1.73m2); 3. Hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure <= 95 mmHg, symptomatic hypotension); 4. Pregnant and lactating patients; 5. Cognitive impairment; 6. Suffering from other serious diseases or life expectancy < 6 months.
