Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The chief complaint was a significant decline in memory over the past year, which was assessed as mild cognitive impairment by preliminary cognitive screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease, long-term use of psychiatric drugs, unable to complete the examination.
