routine blood pressure management group (S group):Intraoperative MAP is not lower than 60 mmHg or MAP reduction is not more than 40% of the baseline value.
individual blood pressure management group (I group):Intraoperative MAP is not lower than 10% of the base value.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged > 65 years; spinal surgery; operation time>2 hours; ASA grade 1-2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension (poor drug control), SBP > 180 mmHg, DBP > 110 mmHg; serious heart disease; severe sinus bradycardia (HR < 40 bpm); severe liver and kidney dysfunction; preoperative pulmonary infection.
