Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the indications for liver transplantation, and sign the informed consent; 2.Aged 18-70 years; 3.Insufficient banked blood; 4.A negative cross-match; 5.Presence one of the following indications in the surgery: a) Hemoglobin of < 70g/L. b) Rapid intraoperative blood loss exceeded 1000mL. c) Intraoperative blood pressure instability was contemplated to be due to blood loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Donors and family members refuse to donate blood; (2) Liver transplantation with incompatible blood type; (3) Positive irregular antibody test; (4) The length of ICU stay of the donor was > 7 days; (5) The donor has the clinical manifestation of infection or the diagnostic basis of infection; (6) Participants in other clinical trials at the same time.
