40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80 years; 2. Onset <= 7 days; 3. Patients with ischemic stroke for the first time, NIHSS score <= 8; 4. Complete clinical and imaging data, of which brain MRI examination needs to include T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR, DWI, SWI sequence; 5. Patients or family members signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other central nervous system diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, intracranial infection, epilepsy, brain tumors and other central nervous system degenerative diseases; 2. Combined with any diagnosed organic heart disease, such as hyperthyroidism Heart, valvular heart disease, etc.; 3. Any clinically relevant arrhythmia on admission, including tachyarrhythmia/bradyarrhythmia or atrial fibrillation; 4. Clinically diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy and other peripheral neuropathy; 5. Combined with other serious diseases of the system , Such as acute coronary syndrome, acute phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignant tumor, liver failure, renal failure requiring hemodialysis, etc.; 6. High fever (body temperature >= 39.1 dgrees), hypoxia (blood oxygen saturation) at admission <= 95%), disturbance of consciousness or any related hemodynamic (shock) damage; 7. A history of taking hormones and ß-blocker drugs regularly before onset.
