40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. (1) Shoulder pain with limited movement for more than 4 weeks; (2) Severe shoulder pain, affecting daily life or work; (3) Nocturnal pain; (4) The soft tissue around the shoulder joint was frozen, and the active and passive lifting or external rotation were severely restricted; (5) There were no other abnormalities in imaging examination; (6) There was no secondary factor. 2. People aged 40-65, male or female; 3. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and had good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and other serious systemic diseases; 2. People with mental illness or impaired consciousness; 3. Shoulder tumors, tuberculosis or rheumatic diseases, neck diseases or other diseases radiated to the shoulders; 4. The patients with shoulder trauma not yet recovered or severe osteoporosis, X-ray film shoulder joint osteopathy. 5. Participants in other trials; 6. Those who have received other treatment 2 weeks before treatment in our department; 7. Those who cannot obtain complete data and withdraw halfway.
