Group RM: Dexmedetomidine 1 ug / kg + 0.25% ropivacaine, 30ml in total

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative intracranial space occupying or intracranial vascular diseases should be selected for craniotomy; 2. Patients with ASA grade I-III had no severe cardiopulmonary and other systemic and mental diseases; 3. The subjects had informed consent to the study, and the degree of cooperation was good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose incision is beyond the block area; 2. Patients with operation time more than 6 hours; 3. Patients with obvious abnormal heart, liver and kidney function, severe electrolyte disorder and obvious organic diseases before operation; 4. Patients with bradycardia and heart block; 5. Patients with allergic history of any research drug or anesthetic, history of chronic pain, long-term use of opioids or benzodiazepines; 6. Patients with preoperative disturbance of consciousness and abnormal communication have postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
