Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of intracranial space occupying or intracranial vascular disease was clear, and craniotomy was performed; 2. ASA grade I - III, no serious cardiopulmonary system and mental disease; 3. The subjects had informed consent to the study, and the degree of cooperation was good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The incision was beyond the block area; The operation time was more than 6 hours; 2. Before operation, there were obvious abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney function, serious electrolyte disorder and obvious organic diseases; 3. Bradycardia and heart block; 4. History of allergy to any research drug and narcotic drug, history of chronic pain, long-term use of opioids or benzodiazepines; 5. Patients with preoperative disturbance of consciousness and unable to communicate normally, patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
