Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 85 years; 2. Patients with Parkinson's disease; 3. Having one or more of the following conditions: Cognitive impairment; Sleep disorders; PIGD; 4. PD drugs were used stably for more than 2 weeks, and the original drug treatment regimen will be maintained during rehabilitation training; 5. CT/MRI examination of the head shows no obvious atrophy and no other characteristic changes; 6. Primary school education or above, and to cooperate for cognitive test, training, and follow-up; 7. Signed informed consent by the patient or direct family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Patients with depression, mental disorders; 4. Patients with diseases of the blood system; 5. Patients with intracranial organic lesions or craniocerebral trauma; 6. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other serious organic lesions; 7. Patients who cannot complete an MRI of the head.
