Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Patients with thyroid cancer undergoing surgical treatment; 3. The patients who have informed consent of the research content are willing to participate and can actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of neck treatment (such as thyroid or other neck surgery history, radioactive iodine treatment history); 2. Patients whose voice has been changed before operation or whose voice is affected by diseases confirmed by laryngoscope (such as vocal cord paralysis, vocal cord thickening, vocal cord polyps, vocal cord nodules, etc.); 3. Patients with language communication difficulties (communication barriers); 4. Patients with other malignant tumors.
