Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for third trimester pregnant women: (1) The pregnant women aged 32-36 weeks were more than 20 years old and less than 35 years old; (2) Subjects without abnormal pregnancy and childbirth history, such as habitual abortion, stillbirth, stillbirth, neonatal death, neonatal hemolytic jaundice, congenital defects or genetic diseases; (3) The pregnant women with normal pregnancy are not the ones who get pregnant after treatment or have long-term pregnancy protection; (4) Subjects without major underlying diseases such as tumor were enrolled; (5) Subjects who could communicate normally; (6) Pregnant women keep local traditional dietary habits for a long time before delivery, and eat according to local dietary habits after delivery; (7) Subjects who did not intend to leave their original residence during the study period (in the next 1 year); (8) The subjects who plan to use pure breast-feeding can cooperate to complete the investigation and sampling. 2. The basic conditions of neonatal selection are as follows (1) Single term newborns (37-41 weeks); (2) Newborns with birth weight (2500-4000 g); (3) Subjects without birth defects; (4) Normal delivery through vagina; (5) The newborns with normal physical examination were basically healthy; (6) Pregnant women keep local traditional dietary habits for a long time before delivery, and eat according to local dietary habits after delivery; (7) Subjects who did not intend to leave their original residence during the study period (within one year); (8) The caregiver signed the informed consent; (9) Subjects who were prepared for exclusive breastfeeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for late pregnant women (1) Severe bleeding during pregnancy, such as placenta previa, placental abruption; (2) Pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome; (3) Pregnant women with medical diseases, such as heart disease, nephritis, viral hepatitis, severe anemia, virus infection (cytomegalovirus, herpesvirus, rubella virus), etc; (4) Pregnant women who have been exposed to harmful substances during pregnancy, such as radiation, isotopes, pesticides, chemical poisons, CO poisoning and taking drugs that affect fetal development; (5) Pregnant women with multiple pregnancies; (6) After natural pregnancy, pregnant women who have taken various measures to protect the fetus have been in bed for 3 months or more. 2. Neonatal exclusion conditions: (1) Newborns with chromosomal abnormalities; (2) Congenital malformation of the newborn; (3) Newborns with endocrine or metabolic diseases (congenital hypothyroidism, diabetes, etc.); (4) Newborns delivered by cesarean section and other midwifery methods; (5) During the first month of lactation, the newborns were fed artificially. (no food, including water, except breast milk)
