Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy college students who are not sports majors; 2. Subjects aged 18 to 25 years; 3. The subjects who failed in the score of sit forward bending (boys < 4.2cm, girls < 6.5cm); 4. Subjects who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent; 5. Subjects with normal physical examination had no history of motor system injury; 6. Subjects who had not received flexibility training before the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with BMI >= 28.0kg/m2; 2. The subjects with skin damage or allergic reaction to the intramuscular effect; 3. Subjects with motor system diseases or other diseases affecting flexibility; 4. Subjects with paresthesia and dyskinesia; 5. Subjects with poor compliance.
