Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 18 years old; 2. Male; 3. Patients meeting the criteria of metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer: 4. Before chemotherapy, the patients with grade 3 or more toxic and side effects were assessed as medium or high risk; 5. Patients with ECoG score 0-2; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated and signed informed consent in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received systemic chemotherapy after progressing to mcrpc; 2. Patients with chemotherapy contraindications; 3. Patients with contraindications of hormone use.
